Verve Jade is a private house of exceptional jadeite. Each piece is selected, documented and certified before it is offered. We want every acquisition to feel right — and we stand behind the accuracy of our descriptions and certificates.
Ready-to-wear pieces
- Ready pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery, in the condition received, with certificate and packaging intact.
- Return shipping and insurance are arranged by us; the piece must travel insured, in its original presentation.
- Once the returned piece is received and verified against its certificate, a full refund is issued to the original payment method.
One-of-one, commissioned and private pieces
- Pieces acquired through Private Viewing, the Vault, or any bespoke commission are final sale — each is unique and cannot be re-stocked.
- Exceptions apply only if a certificate discrepancy is proven by an independent, accredited laboratory.
Condition & certification
All jadeite is described as natural and untreated only when independently certified as such. If a certificate is ever found inaccurate, we will accept the return at any time — no questions asked.
