Discretion & security
Every Verve Jade shipment travels discreetly and fully insured. Packaging bears no brand markings on the exterior. Signature is always required on delivery.
Delivery
- Ready pieces ship within 5–7 business days of order confirmation, from our studio.
- International delivery is available to most destinations; delivery time is confirmed individually per order.
- Shipments are insured door-to-door at full value. A copy of the certificate travels with every piece; digital records are kept permanently.
Customs & duties
For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply at the destination and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We provide full documentation (certificate, invoice, provenance) to assist customs clearance.
Private pieces
One-of-one, Vault and commissioned pieces are delivered by appointment — in person, or by secured courier with video verification at handover. Time and manner of delivery are arranged personally.
