{{ shop_name }} offers curated jadeite jewellery and objects to collectors worldwide. By using this website or acquiring a piece, you agree to the following terms.
Nature of the offering
- Each piece is unique. Ready pieces are offered as described with their certificate; one-of-one, Vault and commissioned pieces are shown by appointment and are final sale.
- All jadeite described as natural and untreated is independently certified. Certificates are part of the piece and must accompany it through any future transfer.
Pricing & payments
- Prices are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment for ready pieces is collected at order; private pieces follow a separate written agreement, typically with a deposit.
- We never accept payment from third parties on behalf of a buyer, and advise the same discipline to collectors.
Responsibility
To take from the earth is to owe it something back. A share of every piece continues the support we give to foundations and rural school programmes — details are published openly. Our sourcing is lawful and verifiable, and provenance is recorded on every certificate.
Limitation of liability
Jadeite is a natural material; subtle variations, inclusions and internal characteristics are inherent and are part of each stone's identity. Descriptions reflect the certificate and our professional assessment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the piece in question.
